Priscilla L. Wingenbach is the founder of Wingenbach Law Corporation, a Vancouver litigation boutique specializing in insurance defence and civil litigation.

 

She founded the firm in 2023 to deliver focused, efficient legal representation to insurers and their insureds — without the unnecessary overhead and multiple billers common at larger firms.

Priscilla's practice is primarily focused on insurance defence litigation. She defends insurers and their insureds in personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, occupier's liability, product liability, property damage, subrogation claims, and casualty matters throughout British Columbia. She also handles general civil litigation and commercial disputes.

Priscilla obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from City University London and completed the Bar Professional Training Course as a member of Lincoln's Inn. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2015 and to the Bar of British Columbia in 2017. She has represented clients at trials and hearings in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Small Claims Court.

Priscilla is a former Director of the Vancouver Bar Association and a Committee Member for the Fire Ball Gala for the Arthritis Society of Canada.
