Priscilla Wingenbach is the founder of Wingenbach Law Corporation, a Vancouver litigation boutique focused on insurance defence and civil litigation.

Her practice is primarily focused on insurance defence litigation, representing insurers and their insureds in personal injury claims, occupiers' liability matters, product liability claims, property damage, subrogation claims, motor vehicle litigation and casualty matters throughout British Columbia.

Priscilla also acts in general civil and commercial disputes.

Her approach to litigation is practical and strategic, with an emphasis on early assessment of liability and exposure, disciplined file management, clear reporting and efficient resolution. Clients work directly with lead counsel throughout the life of the file, providing continuity and accountability from initial assessment through resolution or trial.

 

Experience

Priscilla has represented clients at trials, applications and hearings before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from City University London and completed the Bar Professional Training Course as a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn.
