At Wingenbach Law, files are handled by lead counsel with direct accountability, ensuring continuity, clarity, and disciplined execution from start to finish.
A Focused Approach To Insurance Defence
I founded Wingenbach Law to deliver insurance defence services in a way that is efficient, focused, and aligned with the realities insurers face every day.
I have worked in insurance defence since 2018, and throughout my career I saw a recurring challenge: files staffed by multiple lawyers and junior team members, leading to duplicative work, inconsistent strategy, and inflated legal spend. Too many hands on a single file often resulted in inefficiency—not better outcomes.
Wingenbach Law was created to offer a different model.
